Shani Diluka released her first Poetry book last season, and was chosen for the list of the "French Académie Française".
Shani Diluka has conceived this book as an open garden where the meanders of humanity are leafing through. Each poem is associated here with an indispensable musical work, a sensitive universe which opens the listening before, during or after the reading. "A meditation in this vast and complex world, between immortal beauties, sovereign nature, perpetual plagues and saving mythologies, to find ourselves some time in the vertical of our being, in the horizontality of infinite times."
Shani Diluka a conçu ce livre comme un jardin ouvert où se feuillettent les méandres de l’humanité. Chaque poème est ici associé à une oeuvre musicale indispensable, un univers sensible qui ouvre l’écoute avant, pendant ou après la lecture. « Une méditation dans ce monde vaste et complexe, entre beautés immortelles, Nature souveraine, fléaux perpétuels et mythologies salvatrices, pour se retrouver quelques temps à la verticale de notre être, dans l’horizontalité des temps infinis »

"Les Silences de Schubert"
Shani Diluka navigue entre les salles de concert et l’intimité de sa plume. Schubert devenu son compagnon de route, lui apprend la beauté des silences, là où la musique puise sa profondeur : du silence naît le son, surgit l’enfance des sentiments, apparaissent des paysages singuliers et l’intimité du monde. Après son premier livre « Canopées » en 2018, (recueil qui figurait dans la liste des prix Poésie de l’Académie Française, déjà presque épuisé), Shani Diluka offre ici des poèmes et des aphorismes, sentiers vers de nouvelles perceptions et introspections, qui ne prétendent « pas tout dire ni dire le tout d’une chose ». Et chacun d’entre nous y trouvera le chemin vers d’autres lumières à travers un écho intérieur. Les dessins de Jean Fléaca ponctuent ces pensées avec art et poésie, nous entrainant dans son monde de rêve.

Shani Diluka navigates between the concert halls and the intimacy of her pen. Schubert,who has become her travelling companion, teaches her the beauty of silences, where music draws its depth : from silence comes sound, the childhood of feelings emerges, singular landscapes and the intimacy of the world appear. After her first book "Canopées" in 2018, (a collection that was on the list of the Académie Française's Poetry Prizes, already almost out of print), Shani Diluka offers here poems and aphorisms, paths towards new perceptions and introspections, which do not claim to "say everything or to say the whole of a thing". And each of us will find in them the path to other lights through an inner echo. Jean Fléaca's drawings punctuate these thoughts with art and poetry, drawing us into his dream world.
